LOUISVILLE — A Norfolk man was charged with drug possession following a traffic stop Saturday afternoon, according to state police.
Mark W. Premo, 41, was charged with three counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and displaying a force certificate without an inspection, police said.
He was cited at 4:49 p.m. and released, police said.
LOUISVILLE — A Massena man was charged with drug possession Sunday evening, according to state police.
Mark K. Aldridge, 69, was charged with two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance at 6:34 p.m., police said.
He was cited and released, officers said.
