OGDENSBURG — An Ogdensburg man was charged stemming from a dog complaint on Washington Street Nov. 2, according to city police.
Jared Casey, 49, was cited for having an unlicensed dog and having a dog at large at 4:07 p.m. and released on an appearance ticket, officers said.
