POTSDAM — An Ogdensburg resident was charged with harassment and larceny stemming from a warrant issued by Potsdam Town Court, according to village police.

Billie J. Planty, 44, was charged with petit larceny and second-degree harassment, officers said.

Planty was arraigned in Canton court and released on a ticket returnable to Potsdam court at a later date, officers said.
