Opened in the summer of 2022, the Gristmill Brewery & Restaurant, 38 Water St., Massena, is a full-service family restaurant and event venue that welcomes each guest into a comforting, historic dining experience with gorgeous river views.

Original brick walls were retained, while the interior ceilings expose the original gristmill grain bins and mechanical wheels.

The Brewery showcases the original grain scale, shiny stainless steel bright and holding tanks used to manufacture each of our dedicated Brewmaster’s unique recipe of delightful hand-crafted beer.

Gristmill Brewery’s Executive Chef carefully selects and curates each unique, flavorful, and elevated menu selection.

The modern art-deco styled cellar event space or the main dining room floor are cozy spaces for your special, large or small, intimate gatherings.

The Gristmill is open 11:45 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. Wednesday through Saturday for lunch and 4 - 9 p.m. for dinner. On Sunday evenings, we offer a Prix-Fixe Pasta family-style dinner from 4-7 p.m.
