GOUVERNEUR — St. Lawrence County WIC will offer appointments Wednesday, Oct. 7, from 11:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Community Health Center of the North Country, 77 W. Barney St. The appointment day is part of the county WIC program's October schedule. Another Gouverneur appointment date is scheduled for Oct. 12.
