OSWEGATCHIE — A Pennsylvania woman was charged with drug possession Friday morning, according to state police.
Shelly L. Steele, 48, Lancaster, Penn., was charged with second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, police said.
She was cited and released, officers said.
