HAMMOND — A Hammond woman was charged with felony driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop Sunday night, according to state police.
Traci M. Bickelhaupt, 40, was charged with felony DWI: Previous convictions of DWI in the last 10 years, felony, officers said.
She was released on her own recognizance, troopers said.
