CANTON — A Canton man was jailed Saturday on two felonies stemming from an alleged domestic dispute on Jingleville Road, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies.
Westley A. Daniels, 37, was charged with first-degree unlawful imprisonment and second-degree strangulation, both felonies, officers said.
He was also cited for second-degree menacing and second-degree harassment, deputies said.
Daniels was reportedly arraigned by Judge Burns in Lisbon court and remanded to St. Lawrence County jail on $25,000 bail.
A no-contact order of protection was issued in favor of the victim, officers said.
