MEDINA, NY -- Sandra A. (Gardner) Fox of Medina, NY passed away on October 23, 2023 surrounded by her loving family, at age 75.
She was born on July 4, 1948, in Potsdam, NY, a daughter of the late Maurice and Sharleen Gardner. Sandra is survived by her devoted husband of 53 years, Joseph Fox; her daughters, Jocelyn (Brian) Wilson and Jill (Kyle) Newman; grandchildren, Brooke, Cody, Connor and Claire; brothers, Charlie Gardner, Thomas (Terri Charlone) Gardner and Stuart (Valerie White) Gardner; and he extended family that includes brothers and sisters in-law, several nieces and nephews and her many friends.
Sandra worked as a 4th grade Elementary Teacher at Lyndonville Central School for 30 years. After retirement, Sandra loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
She enjoyed quilting, playing scrabble, gardening and weekly trips to the casino.
Sandra also cherished her yearly trips to Myrtle Beach and Florida.
A private celebration of her life will be held at the convenience of the family.
