RUSSELL -- A Russell resident was charged with two felonies following an alleged domestic dispute June 24, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff's deputies.
Tyler J. Moore, 33, was charged with second-degree strangulation, and criminal possession of a weapon, both felonies, officers said.
He was also charged with second-degree menacing, deputies said.
Moore was arraigned in Russell court and remanded to county jail on $1,000 bail, officers said.
A no contact order or protection was issued in favor of the victims, deputies said.
