CANTON – Senior Maxwell Henry was presented the second annual Jim Barry Memorial Science Scholarship at the Canton High School graduation ceremony on June 28.
The Scholarship was created by educator Brian Barry in memory of his father who was a science teacher at the high school for 33 years.
Maxwell was involved in Envirothons, musicals, and the Jazz Band playing the Upright Bass.
He will be studying Environmental Science at Paul Smith's College in the fall.
