MASSENA -- A Massena man has been charged with felony possession of a controlled substance.
Massena police say Corbey A. Terrance, 33, was arrested on June 27 for third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance: more than 1/8 ounce of meth with intent to sell (B Felony).
Police say the arrest stemmed from a traffic stop on January 17, 2024 that took place in the village of Massena.
Terrance was arraigned in Massena town court and was released on his own recognizance.
