POTSDAM — A Potsdam man faces a felony larceny charge after St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies say he stole more than $2,000 worth of diesel fuel from a local trucking company over several weeks.
Deputies said they charged Erwin Schober, 66, on Sept. 27 with fourth-degree grand larceny.
Schober allegedly took $2,124 worth of diesel from a trucking company’s fueling station in Potsdam on four occasions.
He was cited and released, officers said.
