OGDENSBURG — A Keeseville man was charged with driving while intoxicated following a motor vehicle accident near the intersection of State Highway 37 and Champlain Street, according to city police.
Bernard E. Davis, 45, was charged with first-offense DWI, speed not reasonable or prudent and following too closely at 2:43 p.m., officers said.
At least one person was reportedly injured, details were not provided.
Davis was cited and released.
