MASSENA — A Hogansburg resident was charged with driving while impaired by drugs Aug. 30, according to state police.
Shayde Lazore-Whitebean, 20, was cited for first-degree operating a motor vehicle while ability impaired by drugs at 11:45 p.m., police said.
The subject was cited and released, officers said.
