GOUVERNEUR — A Gouverneur resident was charged with drug possession Friday morning, according to state police.
Jordan M. Halladay, 34, was charged with three counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia, police said.
He was cited and released.
