STOCKHOLM — A Colton resident was charged April 11 stemming from an alleged domestic dispute, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies.
Elijah A. Morrow, 26, was charged with first-degree criminal contempt for allegedly violating an order of protection, officers said.
Morrow was arraigned in city court and released on his own recognizance, deputies said.
