MACOMB -- A Heuvelton man faces several charges following an alleged domestic dispute on SH 58 April 2, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff's deputies.

John W. Love, 28, was charged with third-degree assault, criminal obstruction of breathing, second-degree menacing and endangering the welfare of a child, officers said.

Love reportedly struck another person which caused physical injury, obstructed their breathing and brandished a firearm toward them.

Deputies said Love was arraigned by Judge Dann of Gouverneur court and released on his own recognizance.

A no contact order of protection was issued in favor of the victim.
