POTSDAM — A Saranac Lake resident is accused of shooting out his ex-girlfriend’s windshield with a pellet gun, according to village police.
Jesse J. Premo, 31, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, second-degree reckless endangerment and fourth-degree stalking, police said.
Premo allegedly went to his ex’s home and fired several rounds from a pellet run into her rear windshield, causing the glass to shatter and break.
He was arraigned in Potsdam court and remanded to St. Lawrence County jail on $500 bail.
