OGDENSBURG -- The United States Coast Guard Auxiliary announces registration is now open for an in person “Boat America” boating safety class  Sept. 25-26, from 5-9 p.m. at the United Helpers, 100 Ford St.

As of January 1, 2025, all operators of motorized vessels, regardless of age, will need a boater safety certificate before operating their vessel.
