OGDENSBURG — The community is invited to a Q&A session regarding Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center’s transition to a critical access facility on Wednesday, Sept. 18, at the Elks Lodge, 322 Caroline St., from 5:30-7:30 p.m.
During this event, Rich Duvall, President and CEO of North Star Health Alliance which includes Carthage Area Hospital (CAH) and Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center, will provide important updates and answer questions regarding the center’s upcoming transition to a critical access and stand-alone mental health hospital.
"We understand that this transition brings many questions, and we want to ensure our community is fully informed and supported throughout this process," said Duvall. "This event is an opportunity for open dialogue, where we can discuss what these changes mean for our patients, their families, and the broader North Country region."
The event is open to the public, and refreshments will be served.
