MASSENA – SeaComm, through the Federal Home Loan Bank of New York, was able to provide a Small Business/Non-Profit Recovery grant in the amount of $7,500 to the St. Lawrence Power & Equipment Museum to assist in completing its expanded infrastructure water project.
