BOMBAY — County Legislator Tony Arquitt is due in Bombay town court on Jan. 11, stemming from his December 4 arrest for driving while intoxicated and cocaine possession.
Franklin County District Attorney Craig Carriero confirmed the court date, saying Arquitt’s attorney, Ed Narrow, requested the initial hearing be pushed back to prepare for the case.
Assistant District Attorney Kurt Reh is overseeing the prosecution for the Franklin County district attorney’s office.
