CANTON — A St. Lawrence County inmate was charged with assault earlier this month stemming from an April 15 incident, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies.
Justin L. Daniels, 37, was charged with second-degree assault after allegedly assaulting another inmate while he was incarcerated, officers said.
Daniels was arraigned in Canton court and remanded to county jail, deputies said.
