We've been hearing quite a bit lately about socialism in the national political news. This has raised questions about what countries around the world are actually socialist. Sweden is often pointed out as a socialist country. The Swedish president has repeatedly pointed out that Sweden, though they have opted for generous social benefits, is a free-market (capitalist) economy.
