Victoria D. Proulx, 19, Rockland, was charged with failure to stop at a stop sign on Sept. 12 on Cedar St.

Amy L. Kandakatla, 46, Potsdam, was charged with Local Law Maintaining an Outdoor Rubbish Fire at 6:49 p.m. on Sept. 12 on Maple St.

The ticket was issued following investigation into a report of lots of dark smoke in the area. Patrols and Fire responded.

Jenessa L. Thorpe, 20, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief on Sept. 12 on Market St.

Thorpe was arrested and processed on the above charges stemming from a third-party report of a domestic dispute at an apartment complex on Market St. Thorpe was found to have trespassed in the apartment of the victim and found to have damaged his door. Thorpe was arraigned in Norfolk Court and ordered to return to Potsdam Court on Sept. 18. An order of protection was issued in favor of the victim.
