John A. Colby, 43, Potsdam, was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 2nd and failure to obey a police officer on Oct. 1 on Elm St.
Colby was issued the above listed UTT's following further investigation into a traffic stop that occurred on Sept. 21. At the time of the initial traffic stop the Colby was in operation of the motor vehicle and failed to obey the
patrol's lawful orders. Through further investigation, he was
positively identified and found to hold a revoked NYS driver license.

The charges are returnable in Potsdam Town Court on Oct. 16.
