911 hangup results in three felonies for Ogdensburg man

OSWEGATCHIE — An Ogdensburg man was charged with three felonies following a 911 hangup call Tuesday evening, according to state police.

Jerry A. Yerden, 37, was charged with second-degree strangulation, third-degree criminal possession of a weapon and second-degree assault, all felonies, officers said.

He was jailed on $10,000 bail, police said.
