POTSDAM — Potsdam police said they charged two motorists with driving infractions Aug. 4.

• Nathan A. Carissa, 39, Potsdam, was cited for failure to stop at a stop sign on Leroy Street at 5:09 p.m. on Aug. 4, officers said.

• Hailey L. Chapel, 30, Potsdam, was cited for using an electronic device while operating a motor vehicle, unlicensed operator and unregistered motor vehicle at 3:16 p.m., officers said.
