MORRISTOWN -- A Potsdam man is being held without bail following a multi-agency high speed pursuit that ended in the town of Morristown.
State Police say Kody G. LaRock, 28, failed to comply when a trooper attempted to pull him over.
LaRock is alleged to have been driving a tan 2012 Chevrolet vehicle that was stolen at the time that a trooper attempted to initiate a traffic stop on State Highway 58.
The pursuit ended when LaRock attempted to avoid a tire deflation device, which led to LaRock striking an Ogdensburg Police Department vehicle on State Highway 37, police say.

Ogdensburg Police Chief Mark Kearns said a city police officer suffered minor injuries and was treated and released at Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center after Kody Larock, 28, of Massena, hit the patrol vehicle.
Kearns said city police were asked to assist in the chase which began in Onondaga County and included state police from Troop D and Troop B as well as St. Lawrence County Sheriff's Department.
Kearns said from an administrative standpoint he was pleased with how the multiple agencies were able to work together to bring the dangerous situation to an end.
"It was great to see the state police and sheriff's office and our department flawlessly work together," he said.
He was taken into custody and charged with Reckless Endangerment 2nd, Criminal Mischief 2nd, Unlawful fleeing a police officer in a motor vehicle 3rd, Criminal Mischief 3rd, Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle 3rd, and issued multiple vehicle and traffic tickets.
He was then arraigned in Town of Morristown Court where he was remanded to St. Lawrence County Jail without bail.
State Police were assisted by the St. Lawrence County Sheriff's Department, Ogdensburg Police Department, and local fire and rescue departments.
