POTSDAM — The Potsdam, West Potsdam, West Stockholm and Hannawa Falls fire departments will host the annual Ragamuffin Parade on Halloween, Oct. 31, from noon to 3 p.m.

The parade will begin at noon at 42 Main St. in Potsdam and travel down Main Street to Market Street, then down Elm Street before returning to the fire station via Park Street.

Families are encouraged to wear Halloween costumes and attend the event, which will include an opportunity to meet local firefighters.

After the parade, refreshments and activities will be available at the fire station, including doughnuts, popcorn, apple cider and fire truck rides around the block.
