CANTON-- Author Esthela Calderón will share her new book, “Corn is Also What Roots Me,” at Cornell Cooperative Extension's Harvest Kitchen Tuesday, Sept. 24, from 6-8 p.m.
It will be an interactive presentation of corn tortillas palmed with your own hands. Calderón will share food offerings that compliment her poems and cooking traditions.
