To the Editor:
The Ogdensburg Public Library’s Program Committee recently wrapped up the End-Of-Life series. This was a four-part series investigating the various aspects of planning for the end of life. The topics covered included: funeral planning, financial and legal issues, Hospice care, obituary writing, and surviving and thriving after a loss. The attendees appreciated the amount of information gained from each presentation.
We would like to thank the following community members who participated in the series: St. Lawrence County Surrogate Court Judge Michelle Ladouceur, Funeral Director Patty Murray of Fox-Murray Funeral Home, Bereavement Coordinator at Hospice of St. Lawrence Valley Kate Favaro, and author Holly Chorba. Their time and expertise are appreciated.
If you missed the series and would like the information, it is viewable on the YouTube channel through the Ogdensburg Public Library.
Thank you for your support of the Ogdensburg Public Library.
