OGDENSBURG — Vincent H. Moran, 49, Ogdensburg was issued a traffic ticket Nov. 1 following a traffic stop at Ford Avenue and Grove Street, according to city police.
Moran was cited for having no or inadequate lights on his bicycle at 3:17 a.m.
He was released on a uniform traffic ticket and is scheduled to appear in Ogdensburg City Court on Nov. 19 at 9 a.m.
