OGDENSBURG — An Ogdensburg man was arrested Friday, Oct. 30, on a bench warrant charging him with forcible touching.
Melvin Compo, 50, was arrested at 4:42 p.m. at 615 Ford Ave., according to Ogdensburg police.
Police said Compo was arrested on an outstanding bench warrant, No. 25954.
He was cited and released, police said.
