OGDENSBURG — An Ogdensburg resident is accused of trying to break into an ice cream shop early on Aug. 31, according to city police.
Trent M. Menard, 25, was charged with third-degree attempted burglary, felony and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, officers said.
He was charged at 1 a.m. at Nadine’s Ice Cream, 1515 Ford St.
Menard was cited and released, officers said.
