OGDENSBURG -- An Ogdensburg man was accused of defecating in public June 22, according to city police.
John G. Wunder, 44, was cited for defecating in public at Riverview Towers at 10:30 a.m., officers said.
The charge stemmed from an investigation following a complaint by the local housing authority.
Wunder was cited and released, officers said.
