Ogdensburg attorney takes over Watertown practice

OGDENSBURG — An Ogdensburg attorney will be taking over retiring attorney Anthony Inserra’s practice in Watertown with Mr. Inserra remaining as counsel to the firm.

The change is effective as of Dec. 19.

Bhatt opened his own practice, Bhatt Law firm, in Ogdensburg, in November of 2018. He was previously a partner at Lekki Hill Duprey & Bhatt, P.C. with offices in Canton, Massena, and Ogdensburg.

He has been practicing law in St. Lawrence, Jefferson, and Franklin Counties for the past seventeen years and successfully obtained discharges for well over 1000 Chapter 7 & 13 clients.

Neil is an appointed United States Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Trustee for the Northern District of New York and is a current member of the CNY Bankruptcy Bar Association Board of Trustees.
