MADRID – New York State Commissioner of Agriculture Richard Ball attended a meeting of the St. Lawrence County Farm Bureau board on Oct. 17 at the Madrid Smokehouse Restaurant.
The commissioner identified the stress on agriculture exports as a result of the current world conflict condition.
He also identified the need to step up agriculture research and development, as our country's future is rapidly changing. The commissioner complimented the FFA students attending recognizing them as the future to our industry.
