I just left the Woodshop Shop in Canton, New York with a smile on my face and a thank you on my mind.
I have been buying equipment or having service done on equipment from the Woodchop Shop for over 20 years; and I can tell you that the Woodchop Shop sets a very high bar for sales and more importantly after sales support.
Most recently I had an issue with my Ferris Mower. I dropped it off on Friday (Aug. 23) and received a call late Friday afternoon that they had fixed the problem and that I could pick up my mower.
The concern was no big deal for a trained mechanic, but that’s not my point. My point is that they took the time and effort to fix it promptly when they could have justifiably put it on the back shelf while they checked on more serious issues. They could have, but they didn't.
John, A.J. and the rest of the team are what has me coming back time after time. They are customer oriented and take the time to really listen to your concerns.
The Woodchop Shop is a local business that deserves your support and business; they earned it with some of the best service around.
