POTSDAM – Two-time NCAA Champion from the University of Florida Dillion Hillis is leading an upcoming Fitter & Faster Swim Camp: The Essentials For Faster Racing Oct. 12 and 13 at SUNY Potsdam’s Maxcy Hall pool. 

During the camp, there are limited spots available per session to ensure the maximum amount of attention for every participant.

There will be two sessions each day, both designed for swimmers 10 & over. The curriculum each day will be:

• Day 1: Oct. 12: Session 1: Block Starts, Breakouts, plus Breaststroke Pullouts; and Session 2: Butterfly Technique, Open Turns & Underwaters.
• Day 2: Oct. 13: Session 3: Backstroke Technique, Backstroke Starts, Turns & Underwaters; Session 4: IM Turns, Strategy & Execution.
