CANTON - Nature’s Café is open 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., seven days a week, and the kitchen cooks from scratch.
The café opened this summer at 19–21 Main Street as an extension of Nature’s Storehouse, the natural foods store that has served Canton since 1972.
Mornings start with breakfast - avocado toast, fresh baked goods and a full espresso bar, with matcha and bubble tea alongside.
From midday on, the kitchen turns to Japanese sushi and fresh spring rolls, pressed panini, grain bowls, and soups simmered in house.
House-made ramen joins the menu this fall. Organic açaí smoothies are served all day, and gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan options are available daily.
High-protein meal prep is delivered every Friday in Canton and Potsdam, and the full menu is on DoorDash and Uber Eats.
For owners Clark and Yen Maine, the café strengthens downtown Canton as a destination for food, wellness and community.
