CANTON — Craft beer, live music and a welcoming atmosphere are coming together at Bent Beam Brewing, Canton’s new downtown brewery.
Head brewer and co-founder Joe Erlichman brings more than 30 years of brewing experience to Bent Beam, carefully researching and refining recipes to create authentic beers in classic styles.
The brewery currently offers eight beers on tap, ranging from lagers and ales to IPAs and sours, along with a rotating small-batch experimental brew.
A seltzer is also planned to provide a gluten-free option. But Bent Beam was designed to be more than a place for great beer.
Its open, accessible taproom provides a comfortable gathering place for the community.
Rotating food trucks bring different dining options, while televisions make the brewery a destination for football season.
Trivia nights and live music add to the lineup, with musicians performing Thursday evenings.
