Motor vehicle accident leads to felony for Massena woman

LOUISVILLE — A Massena woman was charged following a personal-injury motor vehicle accident onJuly 30, according to state police. 

Heather R. Burnett, 31, was charged with first-degree criminal contempt, felony at 5:38 p.m. on Oct. 5, officers said. 

She was also cited for second-degree reckless endangerment, officers said. 

Burnett was ordered held on $1,000 bail, police said.
