MASSENA — A Massena woman is accused of driving under the influence of drugs with a child in the vehicle, according to village police.
Jarika M. Lazore, 29, was charged with aggravated DWI: Child in vehicle, felony, DWAI: Drugs and endangering the welfare of a child, police said.
She was arraigned in Massena court and released on appearance tickets, officers said.
