MASSENA — A Massena Central middle school student has broken a school swim record.
Tori Cusworth, a seventh grader, broke a 29-year-old school record in the 500-free with a time of 8:47.58.
The feat took place Sept. 20 when the Massena swim team competed against Franklin Academy of Malone, with the final score of 50 (Massena) to (43) for Malone.
