GOUVERNEUR — A Gouverneur man was charged with larceny Sept. 19, according to state police.
Alexander C. Johnson, 24, was charged with third-degree grand larceny, felony, and petit larceny at 11:15 p.m., officers said.
The arrest came following a report of a vehicle larceny, police said.
Johnson was released on his own recognizance, police said.
