MASSENA — Massena Police made three arrests following the execution of a search warrant at a North Main St. residence in the village.
Police say they found 1,934 packets of fentanyl in the residence upon investigating.
Paul Smith Jr., 42, of Massena, was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance- intent to sell (Class B Felony).
Jamie Franklin, 26, of Jersey City, NJ, was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance- intent to sell (Class B Felony) and tampering with physical evidence (Class E Felony).
Amanda St. Dennis, 41, of Massena, was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance- intent to sell (Class B Felony).
All three were charged and arraigned in Massena Village Court before being remanded to St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility in lieu of no bail.
The Massena Police Detectives were assisted by the St. Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office, New York State Police, Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Customs and Border Protection, along with U.S. Border Patrol.
