MASSENA -- A Massena man has been charged with leaving the scene of a serious injury accident.
Police say Brent J. Ransom, 47, was charged following an incident that occurred on Romeo Ave. on August 22.
He was charged with Leaving the Scene of a Serious Injury Accident (E Felony) on Aug. 23 following the incident.
Police say he was arraigned in Town of Massena Court and released to appear in court at a later date.
