MASSENA — A Massena resident was charged with assault stemming from an alleged domestic dispute Oct. 8, according to state police.
Marcel O. Cox, 39, was charged with second-degree assault, felony, and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, officers said.
He was jailed at 2:40 p.m. without bail, police said.
